What happens after I sign up?

Once you complete the health intake quiz, a licensed clinician will review your information. Depending on your health needs, you may either have a video call with a doctor or receive a prescription directly within 24 hours.

After your prescription is written, your medication will be processed, and you will receive shipping and tracking information within 2 business days.

You'll have unlimited access to our patient care team and providers for any questions. At the end of each month, you'll fill out a refill form to continue receiving your medication.

You'll also get text and email updates with tracking information for your shipment.If you have questions about progress, side effects, or dosage, you can consult with a clinician at no extra cost through our patient portal.

What's the difference between injectable vs sublingual?

Injectable medications are administered directly into the body through a needle.

This method provides very direct delivery into the bloodstream or tissues and is administered once per week.

Sublingual (oral) medications are taken by placing them under the tongue, where they dissolve and are absorbed through the mucous membranes into nearby blood vessels.

It is administered once per day.Studies have shown injectable medications to be more effective for weight loss.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel and receive a full refund anytime before your prescription is completed. Once your prescription is finalized and fulfillment begins, orders are non-refundable.

You can cancel future subscription months anytime—just do so before your next shipment is prepared to avoid charges.

What if I'm pregnant and breastfeeding, or planning to get pregnant?

We do not recommend anyone planning to get pregnant or already pregnant to take GLP-1 medication. It's always important to discuss any and all of the medications you're taking or planning to take with your provider to ensure safety. Consult with your doctor before starting or stopping any medication.

Do you require insurance?

No, we do not require insurance and accept all major credit cards.

Where are the doctors based?

All our providers are based in the United States, where they are licensed and board certified.

Are your pharmacies FDA-regulated?

Yes. 503A pharmacies are licensed by state boards of pharmacy and are regulated by the FDA.

Will I get charged if I don't qualify for medication?

You won't be charged if you're not eligible. Payment is processed only after you finish the pre-qualification quiz and choose your medication. If the provider decides you don't qualify, a full refund will be issued within 24-48 hours. For video appointments, if you're deemed ineligible, there's no charge for the appointment, and you'll receive a complete refund.

I have a previous prescription from another weight-loss company, can I start at a higher dosage?

If you already have a prescription from another weight loss company you will need to consult with our medical provider on the proper steps to switch over. In order to ensure your safety they will ask you a few questions about your current prescription and dosage.

What is the process of getting my prescription refilled?

Once your medication is almost done, you will be sent an email to check in with your provider. The provider will determine if you are eligible to continue receiving your prescription. If eligible your medication will ship out automatically. If you need to address side effects or other concerns, you can also schedule an appointment through the portal.
